Dizzy Wings!!

Hey all, couple months ago I ordered a Cajun Bandit roti setup for my kettle... also ordered a basket with it!

First cook was wings, used the basket and cooked with RO lump.

The first spin turned out great, I am really liking this roti!

I think next is maybe a prime rib, thanks for lookin all!

What a cool way to do the wings, the basket idea is awesome, all the juice falling onto the coals gives a great flavour.

I have a small spit and our favourite is doing wings. The taste is fantastic.
