Great, now I need to pull a slab out of the freezer!!! :emoji_laughing:

Those look killer, I've never left the plate in one piece before, I always slice them to get the seasoning all over each bone. Next time I'm gonna try to leave the plate whole to see how we like them done that way. I freak'in love beef bones!!!:emoji_thumbsup:

I've always wanted to try those but I've never been able to find them here until this past weekend. I was in Restaurant Depot and they have them. They're pricey though...

I almost pulled the trigger but I went with St Louis ribs instead. After seeing these I'm gonna have to go back and get them!

They were $7.99/lb at our local grocery. I'm definitely going to do these again.
