Everyone else always looks so good lol. I tend to undercook my meats as I usually nuke em later so sad for me lol. 1 man and one ole lady household makes for lotta leftovers.


Btw what method you use to cook IT or some version of the 3 2 1?

A Rec Tec - about 6 hours or so around 250

Just waited until it was probe tender which was about 200
