I didn’t some this weekend but I did a lot of cooking/ baking !!
Veggie Fratta for breakfast then jalapeño jelly. Chicken Matzoh Ball soup and potato , honey cheese and blue very cheese knishes ..

A little work but so worth it .. 6 eggs
Separated , the whites went into the stand mixer to whisk them into a fluff.
Then folded in the beaten yokes slowly
So to keep everything airy. Oven pre heated to 425 into my buttered SI skillet
I then placed my chopped broccoli and asparagus ( left overs from last nights dinner) ontop and come sliced Tomato
SPG grated Romano cheese and in to the oven until the egg separated from the edge . Like a 1/2 inch check center for
Doneness .. the whole process took
35 mins Two cups of coffee.. no big deal..
