Hello I am trying to find someone that can help me with wiring in a Rocker (on-off switch) for the DH-65 Steam Element on the PRE-2009 models. The diagram that I have seen posted is for models built after 2009 and they are different. Here is the Pre-2009 Wiring Diagram. Question if I don’t use the water pan on My DH-65 will I get more smoke ok the meat?
