I'm going to be building a few reverse flow smokers in the next few weeks and I was wondering a size for my big daddy. I'm going with a box shaped smoker with swinging doors. I was wondering what some good dimensions for one that I would be able to cook a whole hog in obviously depends on the pig. Is there a common size pig to cook or is just based on the equipment.

Thanks for your help

I think people base the size of the pig on the smoker they have more than the other way around. Good luck with your build and don't forget to take lots of pics for us as you go
