We are in the preliminary stages of chasing Black Forest ham. We are all over the target and it blows Boar’s Head out of the water, but we aren’t finalized yet so no write ups as of yet. We will get there. I have some feedback coming and others working to duplicate the process, we will see. It’s very good though.Looks great. We, well me, needs a write up on this

I have given my recipe (PM) to 4 people here on the forum, all ham making guys, (you know who you are) as of now only 1 has made it and reported back. It’s all positive so far.
I won’t share this over the open forum. That said, any active member who is interested, you can PM me and I will share it with you. But to the lurker or gleaner types that don’t participate here no way.
