Great idea for double duty. This looks tame enough to eat!

When I was growing up down south we heated our house on the occasional very cold day with a kerosene heater. There was always a pot of water on to to keep the humidity up, but never thought of cooking on it. Great way to multitask an appliance. And...that chili looks great !
That would be a great winter dish, but down here it's not chili time yet!
