it's been a while since i posted anything been super busy not much queing going on. but that's fixing to change,we may have to try to kick our b-b-q biz off sooner than planned with the way economy is going!!
any way i found this mes 40" ss model at a store called "dirt cheap" ,they sale all kinds of returned items from other stores. this was used and missing two racks. i checked the controls and they worked fine but no heat.fortunately for me i had read about the element connector problems on here and i knew i had spare racks that i could make work so i picked this bad boy up for 57.00 dollars and bought 2.00 pack of connectors. got home pulled the back off fixed the bad connector and she smokes like a charm. cool thing is that night a lady called and wanted 3 boston butts for the first of may!!! so now it's gonna pay for it's self!! yee haaa looking forward to trying this smoker after all i have read. tried to post pics and they wouldn't post.
