Hi All Here are pics of my lastest try doing ribs..They were done in the oven..Way too much snow outside..

Came out pretty good,I'm getting there.



                St Louis Rib trimmed to my liking

                      Rubber with Texas BBQ rub

Finished ribs used 3-2-05 Foiled with apple juice/cider/Agave N brown sugar
