I am having to set my smoker to about 25* higher for things than I hear you lowlanders talk about in recipies.

anyone else have this problem? Or am I am not letting it cook enough? (meatloaf today was in 5 hours and only went to 150* so I turned it up a little and it did great)

Ya gotta do what ya gotta do! If if works for you go for it. Make a mental note and see if it is consistant.
