Cutworms killing my pepper seedlings, 50 plants killed so far, HELP!

I agree with dusting with diatomaceous earth. I also use Azamax when they go outside. You can eat the peppers the same day you treat the plants even. The potheads use it because its so safe as it's a natural derivative of neem oil. Expensive though.

Do you get June bugs? They can be a PITA for peppers...might be a little early for them though.
 
Diatoms rule!
From toothpaste to insect control, they are some handy little fossilized buggers.
Don't forget pool water filtration. Diatomaceous pool filters trap way smaller particles than sand filters.
