Thanks Lance, I'm having trouble getting the smoker I want at the price I want, but I'm getting closer. Probably in next few days I'll either have it or order it on line. I've got plenty of dry oak waiting for the smoker. I'll get back to you when I'm ready to rock and roll. I'm sure I'll screw it up a couple of times, but I'm starting out with store bought chicken, cheap and plentifull. Thanks again, great info for a newbie like me.
