Cut Spare Ribs into pieces?

I was blessed for over 100 pounds of ribs to cook for my college's homecoming this weekend. However, I only have a couple UDS' to do the job so I have limited amount of space. Would it be blasphemous to cut the ribs up and put them in a aluminum tray and smoke them like that? Any tips?

I'm not sure about the trays, but i cut my racks in half routinely when I'm doing more than 3. Do you have any rib racks to hold them up on thier sides? Good luck.

No I don't have any racks. Mogadore is by Akron and Kent

Two and a half hours to Stan's and you will get a great cooking lesson and meet an SMF OTBS Moderator - sounds like a no brainer to me
