curiosity killed the cat

  1. with the phrase "if you looking you aint cooking" in mind would there be a huge difference in results if you were able to leave the "meat" in the smoker the whole time of the cook w/o having to open any doors for mopping,spritzing etc... I'm currently deployed in japan and am going to build a smoker when I get home just running some things through my head ,thanks in advance
