Cure Replenishment

How many of ya do it? I replenish mine every year.

I keep mine in mason jars, keeps the plastic smell off.

I use TQ, #1 and #2.

put TQ in jar, easier to get by the Tablespoon than from the bag.

The others are easy to get a teaspoon from, so I put them in a baggie.

never noticed any plastic taste.

Keep the opened pouch of #1 in a mason jar. Never noticed an oder...
Keep the TQ in the Morton bag it comes in, inside a ziplock bag.

Rick... You can smell the plastic ??? In your next life, you may be a CBP agent checking baggage or semi's on the border... That would be a great gig....

No can keep open pouches of anything down here in the S, FL humidity.

Ditto in S. Louisiana too Rick... high humidity. I have a plastic container with a tight fitting lid I use, but I like your mason jar, I might switch.
