Yeah -- dog food, or fish bait.....Regarding binders -- I had the fortune to know some old krauts and bohunks (germans and bohemians) that would always cube, salt and cure (if called for) their meat(s) for a day or three before grinding and seasoning. They never used binders, and had great texture. Regarding the linking -- when all else fails, 4 inch zip ties. Sad that they didn't taste like they looked. Next time, eh? R

Man the catfish just love this sausage but the turtles do also! I learned don't even try to get your hook back on those turtles. Been having a great time fishing with it. Got a nice flat head today but no picture.
