It is snowing like crazy here in MA today, but I have been wanting to do CSR burnt ends for weeks but the weather wasn't cooperating. So, even with the snow flying I am trying them for the Super Bowl. Shots are of the smoker in the snow, then the CSRs rubbed up as I put them on the smoker a few hours ago and then just now as I pulled them, put them in a foil pan with honey and sauce. Gonna run them covered for 90 mins to 2 hrs then crank the heat to firm them up at the end.
Then on to wings on the air fryer!
