Daughter wanted crunch wraps for dinner.
The build:
Large tortilla
Sour cream
Shredded cheese
Tostadas
Taco meat
More cheese
Salsa
Lettuce
Anything else you want
Tip: tear off a piece of tortilla and put it top center before folding in the sides A6AA689B-1E73-4513-8DD9-D6458A1866D0.jpeg

Thanks TX.
I’m thinking I might need to try a breakfast crunch wrap this morning. Wish I had some chorizo. I promised my wife I wouldn’t make any dirty dishes when she left this morning otherwise I’d make some chorizo. I guess bacon will work

Very simple and easy to make. If I make one for breakfast I’ll try to get a pic to show what I mean about the tortilla piece on top.
I look forward to seeing your thread.

SP, Looks like a great dinner, one more item to add to my "must try" list !
I’m thinking there could be many variations to this. Pulled pork nachos are good so I think pulled pork crunch wrap would be also. I wonder how a cheese steak crunch wrap would taste or maybe a Ruben…….. lots of options

Looks fantastic! Like Robert I think I could eat Mexican food every day. I may have to give this a try for both a dinner and breakfast version. I bet your daughter was happy with her meal.

Looks great. Finger nails get a pass too

The crunchwraps you made looks delicious Peachy, I’ve always wanted to make my own.

For as good as those look, your thoughts of breakfast ones with chorizo sound even better! Some egg, chorizo, cheese, potato and poblano all wrapped up sounds pretty awesome.

Yes that sure sounds great. I just finished a simple breakfast crunch wrap. I didn’t want to dirty any dishes so I kept it simple.

Wish I had some hash browns to put inside.
Thanks for looking

A couple of really fine looking wraps there Peach, Like. Your breakfast wrap is kind of inspiring me to fire up the flattop this morning. I've got maple sausage and bacon, eggs, cheese, sour cream, and salsa, but alas, no hash browns either. They'd add a nice little crunch factor. RAY

Grab a cup of coffee and get busy! Glad I could be inspiring to you this morning
