My name is Kirk and I live in Sun Lakes, Arizona, I have a Lang 60 inch kitchen smoker that I had purchased from a relative in WI. who  bought it in the year 2000,   I am really happy I tried pecan wood this past year, cause I have had the best luck smoking pork butts, shoulders, loins, chicken, beef, I smoked meats the last 3 times for our Golf proshop lounge, everyone loves the flavor of the meats, Happy smokin  from the valley of the Sun !
