Cowboy Kent Rollins has new TV series Cast Iron Cowboy

I am big fan of Kent Rollin's. I was watching "The Cowboy Breakfast That Won the West | Authentic Huevos Rancheros" this morning and he announced a new series "Cast Iron Cowboy". I am looking forward to watching it.
On Dish its on the Outdoor Channel 396.

I've been scrolling through the different videos picking out which ones I want to watch and there are several about CI.

I’ve known of him for awhile now. He puts on the persona of a Chuckwagon “camp cookie” but in reality he is a bonified Chef. His videos are interesting in the sense that he cooks many simple dishes in a camp setting but always brings a Chef’s perspective, he is a very good “cook”.

Like Brian, I'm a big fan too. I've been watching his YT videos for several years now and have a couple of his cook books. I was really looking forward to Cast Iron Cowboy but it's on the Outdoor Channel and YT TV doesn't carry it, damnit!
Maybe the episodes will be out on DVD and then I can binge watch.
