This one I cured in Pop's brine. It came out just like ham. Served with sliced zucchini and mac & cheese topped with bacon and jalapenos.

They both look fantastic!
I always cure my butts in a strong solution of Pops brine for 24 hours.
Everybody thinks my PP is to die for, but it’s Pops brine that makes it that way.
