Cooked this up last night. And it came out delicious. I used McCormicks mesquite marinade pack. And had baked taters with bacon, sour cream, and cheddar cheese.
I did the pork on my Weber performer with charcoal and hickory chips.

These McCormick spice packs are great. I'm still trying to make this blend. I'll get there!
