Our local radio station had a call in auction this weekend and i accidentally tuned in.. hehe well i called to place a bid on a tow behind trimmer and happened to hear in the background they were calling last call on a Mak 2 star General pellet grill. i asked em what the last bid was... 800$ ahhh I'll do 825$... theyre like wow i cant believe it they say its yours! not that i needed it, but hey for less than 1/3 the price (retails 2599$) why not right? well i got it home and had some chicken quarters in the fridge so i thought of better try her out. WOW this thing is amazing! I highly recommend Mak pellet smokers for any smokin joe! Ive tried Traegers and this thing doesnt even compare, it cooks so perfect! heres a couple pics next to the "ol cedar". that stainless sure is purdy!
the thing even has wifi so you can track your smokes so when you find that perfect combination of smoke/temp/time, you just preset it for future perfections! Happy smokin all!
