cotto salami mix ??

I have acquired a 5 lb 10 oz bag of Witts Cotto Salami Seasoning, No. G21590. Does anyone know how much of this to use per 25 lbs of meat and how much cure to add? Thanks for your help.

It should have the cure already in it...
