cotto salami mix ??

  1. I have acquired a 5 lb 10 oz bag of Witts Cotto Salami Seasoning, No. G21590. Does anyone know how much of this to use per 25 lbs of meat and how much cure to add? Thanks for your help.

    It should have the cure already in it...

    This is from thier web site on page 22 of their catalog:

    I Couldn't find how much to use but you can call them at their contact number and they can tell you...
