COSTCO HATCH PORK ROAST

Has anybody seen or know when Costco puts out their Hatch pork Can't wait !!!

I think they are regionally available. I have never seen one in person here. Other guys mentioned them throughout the summer if I recall and that was the first I heard of them.

I think it was Oct of last year when I bought mine. Made for great tacos.

I found some yesterday at our costco. Going to cook it this weekend.

I picked one up a Costco also. Getting ready to smoke this weekend. I was also thinking, what is you ground one if these up and added cheese to make fresh bratwurst?

Finished the smoked Hatch chili pork shoulder yesterday. Nice mild chili heat, but great flavor!
I just might have to go and pick up another before they’re gone.

I did mine on Saturday came out great But forgot to take pictures because the family was biting at the bits.

I don't ever recall seeing this at the Costco in Fargo. I was just there yesterday and didn't see any.
