Has anyone ever used, or tried to use, any other cut of beef other than brisket for homemade corned beef?  Just wondering what you used and how it turned out.

I have used a NY strip lion tongue and the eye of round. dont recommend the tongue the strip loin and eye was just a little to lean for me but it my for you if thats what your looking for.

Would a London Broil possibly work ? It'd be IMO, kinda close to brisket cut ! Dunno, just thinkin out loud here !

you might want to try a tri-tip it is very similer to the brisket just smaller it has the same signal direction muscle form just a little more tender
