I just got home from a 16 hr. shift and started to make a rub for some ribs tomorrow, took a sample and it's really to hot for the little one's, anyone got ideas on cooling it down or do i need to trash it and start over.

Make a new batch and leave out the hot stuff then split the first batch in half and mix with the new stuff till its the way you want it.. There may be a easier way???
