Cooking school

My company is wanting to start a coking team and send us to a school to get a jump start on it. Does anyone know of any really good cooking schools?

Why don't you introduce yourself in the roll call section and give us a little info, such as your location. There are thousands of "cooking schools" across the globe. Once you tell people exactly what you want, they might be able to help.

I have done that thanks for the info. I Just started smoking meat when I got a little smoker for Christmas. I won 2nd place for chicken at a local cook off so I am hooked now.Just looking for a good school that will help us to improve on our cooking now.

I've not went through this yet, but America's Test Kitchen has a new online cooking school. They offer a free 14-day trial to see how well you like it, too.
