lol thanks they have been eaten. the pics are a little late because im busy babysitting the damn cooker. 
 
thanks. i messed up because the cooler was out on the unheated porch (its 12 degrees here today)and was on the cold side so cooled down a little quick but not to fast.I will have finished pics up soon.
 
well over all it was very good. the meat had good flavor and did not need a knife to cut it as it broke apart very easily with a fork. the smoke ring seemed to be more on the top (but maybe thats because i did not trim any of the fat off the bottom) but even on the topside the smoke ring seemed to be more prevalent on the thicker end But there was still plenty of ring and flavor. My temp probe is crap and i could  have over over cooked it some and It does look a little dry in the pics and could have been a bit more juicy but was plenty moist and fell apart

Mmmmmm looks good, That would be good in a sammie or on a pizza or wrap.... or in my belly!!!!!
