I am cooking 4 butts for my sons baseball tournament, wish me luck.

Using my uds for a overnight smoke.

They need to be done by 7 am. Cooking at 300.

Are you wrapping at all CF?  At 300F mine are at 180F IT in about 6 hours, wrapped with apple cider heated to 180F, then taken to 203-205F IT in about 2 more hours.  They might be done in the middle of the night.

Not planning on wrapping
