They look good.

Took a whole boneless pork loin. Cut 4 nice size peices. Think i paid about 1.38 a pound. Used masterpeice montreal steak rub on one. Then another premade rub on another. Took our homemade rub and put it on 2 of them. Mix of a few diffrent spices. Cooked em to 160° over 6 hrs. 2nd run on my new smoker. It was a test run for the 50 pounds ill be smoking for my wedding this weekend. Ill have more indepth photos and everything when i smoke them thursday.

They look real good!

We usually only cook our pork loins to 145 IT.

I pull them out at 138-140 & after a 20 minute rest they hit 145. That is the USDA safe temp for pork.

A little pink, very juicy, & tender.
