i had a funny thing happen the other night.
i was smokin a fatty and some jalapenos oops chipotles lol! anyway the fire dept showed up and asked what was for dinner? the neighbor called 911 cause he could smell smoke but couldnt see it. I brought the whole crew to the back yard and let everyone take a sniff then told them dinner will be ready in 2 hours. they said "you mean midnight snack?" i said ok ok and they were back at midnight and ate my fatty. they loved it and told me to call them next time i fired up the smoker. they were impressed at the lack of white puffy smoke, and good smoke flavor.
