Smoked a brisket on my Weber Kettle with some ABT's.

Used hickory chunks and it took about 12 hours or at least I think it did ( I was tired) I also used a butter garlic sauce to mop that fine piece of meat.

ABT's : cream cheese filling, little mexican blend cheese, chipolte rub, and Boars Head Bacon.

A brisket like that, especially done on a Weber kettle is deserving of some

Great looking Q, The Brisket Smoke Ring is great and the ABTs look delicious.

I learned to smoke on a weber kettle and did my first couple briskets on it via indirect grilling and they NEVER looked near as nice as yours, nor did they taste as good (I am certain). As DDAVE said, POINTS, buddy!
