Commercial style smoker

I bought an old proofer that's 63"D, 62w, 74"tall. Want this smoker to set on floor so product can be rolled in with no built-in racks. Any thoughts on best way to heat without any heat source on the floor. Assuming recessed in wall but not sure best way. Lp gas or 220 doesn't matter. Thank you
