Custom built reverse flow smoker and trailer. Very even cook temps. This bad boy is a dream to cook on.

Pit is 96'' long, 34'' diameter x 3/8'' thick steel pipe.
Two cooking shelves that are sectioned and can be pulled out for loading or cleaning.
Has built in water pan for water or juice smoking if desired.
Hydraulic door lifts with control valve and battery.
Tandem axle trailer with electric brakes.
6 ply tires with spare.
