My Dad was 8th army in Korea . We had it a lot when I was younger . Some days we had it for breakfast , and again for supper .
Fine by me . I love it .
That looks like what my grade school kitchen used to make in the 60's, over mashed potatoes. It was fantastic! I still make it once in a while, and taught my daughter how to make it when she had kids.
