I'm liking to make another round of hotdogs. Last time i used collagen and loved them. I've been doing some reading on cellulose casings. What is your preference?'

I like the cellulose over the collagen, the collagen seem too tough for my personal tastes. That said, it does come down to what you are used to.

I do like the natural casings but they tend to be out of my budget and I have a lot of the cellulose on hand.

I agree with GeneK.

I too prefer the cellulose for "skinless" hot dogs.

Collagen can be tough if not "roasted" on all the surfaces.
