I cut some to length and tied one end off but the beef wasn’t what I needed so they’re gonna have to around for a week or so, my assumption is this isn’t an issue - ie they don’t go bad texture wise if not in they’re unrolled for a week or so? Thanks for any input.

As long as they don’t get wet, I can’t see a problem.
