I have the Weber Smokey Mountain Cooker Smoker 18".  Unfortunately I live in Northern PA and the weather is starting to get cold.  I love to smoke but hate the idea of having to wait until spring to fire it up again.

In the past if we get a day above 40 I would throw ribs on without a problem but I love to do pork shoulders and that is an all night process.  So my question is do any of you have any tips on how I could better insulate the smoker to help keep temp since this is charcoal fed?  I hate the fact that I can only smoke about 2-3 times during the winter months

Any tips are appreciated!

Thanks,

Adam
