Here's a hybrid cook, could go a few places on the forum but here we are. Instant pot navy bean soup and a rotisserie chicken mash up.

Soooo it's a bit on the cool side and this is all I could get for antifreeze. Still trying to find some Buffalo Trace. I hear its pretty tasty.

Getting reedy for the soup. Didn't take enough pics of this process, but will as needed if you want to see.....

I've been playing with a bunch of different flavors for chicken on the spinner and for now I'm using za'atar. Sumac is the ingredient
that makes it different, everything else you probably have already.

So off we go! Never mixed chicken with bean soup in such a way but damn if it isn't
good!

What a mess of pics and my bad grammar....Thanks for looking!

Nice job on that spun bird.

Point for sure
Chris

Bean soup looks really good.
The spun chicken with za'atar rub blended well with the bean pot?
I've tried blending 2 varying flavored cuisines and some have been not so good.

Didn't you get a roti unit for Christmas?
It went quite well. I just tossed the chicken in the soup bowl so not to dirty another plate.
