Thank you Alesia! I probably like the two with Hungarian Paprika the best out of them all.The sliced bacon looks absolutely beautiful! You did a great job and I like the seasonings with the Hungarian Paprika...gonna have to try that next time.

Thanks for asking.... no, they turned out just right but, next time I'm still going to try 2 - 2.5% salt in the cure mix to hopefully prevent the soaking.So after resting and all does it still seem too salty?
