Cold smoking bacon

I use a MES Digital.  The lowest temperature setting is 100F. How can I cold smoke which I understood was below 90F?

Turn tha smoker off and use a Amazen smoker tray or tube.  That's how I do it but in August there is no such thing as cold smoking where I am.

Most MES users use the AMNPS or the Tube some have the MES cold smoke box.Check out the AMNPS and Mailbox mods

Here's my setup for cold smoking bacon.

Don't even turn on the smoker.
