I was wondering if anyone on here has a Cold Smoker Box from Rec Tec? I would like to know if box temp is cold enough for smoked cheese and smoked salmon. I have not found many reviews online about this yet.

I'm not familiar with this brand, but if the heat source is the same as other smoke generators, then the heat used to burn pellets will probably be enough to negatively impact a cold smoke unless there is some distance created to where your product is. I'm not saying it's a bad product, but something to be aware of is the possible need to do some mod for best results. If you get one be sure to post a review!
