Hello, What is the best way to clean the meat pieces that stick to a Bradley Rack when I Cook Wings. They are very hard to remove in the cleaning process.

That’s what I have been doing even soaking them in vi negar and baking soda but the meat still Sticks. Thank you!First, welcome to the forum from New Mexico.
If just a wire brush isn't doing the job, probably the easiest, would be to get a big tub and soak them for a while.
Then scrub with a wire brush.
Lowes and HD have large tubs for mixing concrete that will work.
Something like this:

Get some Frogmats and put your wings on them.
Or, get a wing/leg rack.

I have the Frogmats and the racks and use them both.
Rarely do wings, but use the racks for legs a lot.
