Left to right, top to bottom: blanched asparagus tips, fagioli al fiasco, tabouleh (store bought), cold smoked SV coho salmon, lamb organ sausage, chicken liver pate, smoked coppa, saucisson sec, smoked tongue, soppressata, horseradish, cold smoked SV ham, smoked halibut (store bought), headcheese, backfat chips.
