The price was right so I grabbed one.
It is a bit thin but looked good.
Set it in a bath of Apple and pear juice, Brown sugar, red wine vinegar and Motreal Brown sugar bourbon seasoning.
In the fridge overnight. More to come

Oh boy. These were really good.
Put it in the new MES40 with Amazen's
Hickory and Garlic spice pellets.
I pulled it when the it was 180 let it rest for a bit. Cubed then sauced it.
Oh my goodness.
I used what I had on hand for the sauce.
Stubbs Habenero wing sauce added a nice kick.
End result,Yummy.
My thank and gratitude for the pros that teach and share here.
