I see all these new threads on chuckies. So I go down to the freezer and no chuck roast.

But I do have a arm roast ( bone in ) and a rolled rump roast.  Both are 2.5 lb.

Would either one of these work?  I would think so.

Think I will inject with broth to keep it juicy.
