did a chuckie yesterday, EVOO, brown sugar, cumin, onion powder, cayenne, cbp, salt and pepper
going in



2 hour




done



half sliced, the other half will be chopped



didn't get much bark but overall it was a very good flavor
 
yes, I will cut the next one in half as the bark was excellent but very light, my wife liked the simple rub so maybe mustard as a binder instead of LVOO I think will help that.
 
sorry it was about 5 1/2 hours for a little over 3 lbs.
 
Looks good, glad it came out so perty looking.
Still need to try a chuckie, maybe with my next smoke, they look delicious, but yet everything smoked does.
